This Cancellation & Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the cancellation and refund terms applicable to the software products, digital products, subscriptions, and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offerings made available through https://score-code.com ("Website").
By purchasing or subscribing to any paid product or service through our Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.
1. Scope:
This Policy applies to all purchases of software products, SaaS subscriptions, digital products, premium plans, and other paid services offered directly by Score Code unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.
2. Seven (7) Day Refund Policy
Score Code offers a 7-day refund period for eligible purchases.
Customers may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days from the date of the initial purchase.
Refund requests submitted after the seven (7) day period will generally not be eligible for a refund except where such refund is required under applicable law.
3. Eligible Purchases
Refund requests may be considered for:
Initial software subscriptions
First-time SaaS subscriptions
Digital products purchased directly from Score Code
One-time software license purchases, where applicable
Premium memberships and paid plans
4. Non-Refundable Purchases
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, refunds will not be provided for:
Requests submitted after seven (7) calendar days from the purchase date.
Subscription renewals or recurring billing cycles.
Professional services, including consulting, implementation, onboarding, configuration, customization, migration, integration, or technical support services that have already commenced or been completed.
Custom software development or bespoke solutions.
Enterprise agreements governed by separate contracts.
Third-party processing fees, taxes, currency conversion fees, or banking charges.
Services that have been fully delivered or substantially performed.
5. Subscription Cancellation
Customers may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time before the next billing cycle through their account settings or by contacting our support team.
Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for payments already processed, except as expressly provided in this Policy or where required by applicable law.
Unless otherwise specified, customers will retain access to the subscribed Services until the end of the current billing period.
6. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, customers must submit a written request within the applicable seven (7) day refund period.
The refund request should include:

Order or Invoice Number
Date of Purchase
Product or Subscription Purchased

7.Review and Refund Processing
Upon receipt of a refund request, Score Code will review the request in accordance with this Policy.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.
Processing typically takes 15 to 45 business days, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Score Code is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or card issuers.
8. Prevention of Fraud and Abuse:
Score Code reserves the right to deny any refund request where it reasonably determines that:
The request is fraudulent or misleading.
The customer has abused the refund policy through repeated purchases and refund requests.
The Services have been used in violation of our Terms and Conditions.
The refund request is otherwise prohibited by applicable law or this Policy
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable law.
9. Consumer Rights
Nothing contained in this Policy is intended to limit, exclude, or waive any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
Where applicable, refunds and cancellations shall also be governed by:
Applicable consumer protection legislation in the customer's jurisdiction.
Applicable electronic commerce and contract laws.
Mandatory rights relating to digital products and online services.
If any provision of this Policy conflicts with mandatory legal requirements, the applicable law shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
10. Limitation of Refund Liability
Except as expressly stated in this Policy or required by applicable law, Score Code shall have no obligation to provide refunds, credits, exchanges, or compensation for purchases of digital products, software subscriptions, SaaS offerings, or related services.
11. Changes to this Policy
Score Code reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable laws, business operations, products, or services.
Any modifications will become effective immediately upon publication on https://score-code.com, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Your continued use of our Services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Cancellation & Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country, including but not limited to:
The Information Technology , together with the rules, amendments, and regulations issued thereunder;
The Consumer Protection Act, to the extent applicable to digital products, software, and electronic commerce;
The Indian Contract Act, 1872
;The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act),
where applicable to the processing of personal data; and
Any other applicable laws, statutory amendments, regulations, or governmental notifications in force from time to time.
The parties shall make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute arising under this Policy through good-faith negotiations.
If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within Ninety (90) days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in country or state or location and the parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts
13. Severability
If any provision of this Policy is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified or interpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
This Cancellation & Refund Policy, together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Score Code regarding cancellations and refunds and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications relating to its subject matter
